Is it safe to order items online? Due to the evolution of the internet, more and more individuals are taking part in online shopping. It is now an international choice for convenient shopping. Direct Connect makes sure that individuals ordering unique gifts from their website are completely protected, including their private information, such as credit card information and addresses. What is the official return policy? Direct Connect offers customers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products shipped to destinations within the United States from the original date of shipment. When a customer wishes to return an item, they must first get in contact with us via email at support@directconnectstore.com to receive an RMA number. All items returned to Direct Connect must be in the original packages and contain all parts of the product.
What is the official privacy policy? Direct Connect maintains that the privacy of their customers is of the utmost importance, and, therefore, strives to provide its customers with the highest possible level of complete security when performing transactions on the website. What are the instant downloads? Some of the gifts offered at Direct Connect are downloadable and can be found under the category titled “x Downloadable x.” These downloads are instantly available to the customer after the payment for the download clears processing. Once it is cleared, the customer will receive an email with the link that will provide the downloadable materials. The link is only available 24 hours and may only be used once. All downloadable products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If there is a problem with the download, please contact us.
Please note that we test and tech every file available under our “x Downloadable x” category. All are scanned for viruses before making the software available for download by customers. Direct Connect makes no warranty or representation of any kind regarding the downloadable files provided by the website. They are also not responsible for ANY damage the files or software may cause the end user.
What forms of payment do you accept? The Direct Connect Stores accepts all major credit cards, including Visa MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also accepted is PayPal and Google Checkout. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
Does the Direct Connect Store charge sales tax? The Direct Connect Store collects and remits sales tax in the following states: California.
Does the Direct Connect Online Store ship to military addresses? Yes, the Direct Connect Store will ship to APO and FPO destinations, customers need only to wait an additional four to six weeks to receive their package.
What about international orders? Unfortunately, at this time, the Direct Connect Store only makes shipments to destinations located within the United States.
What is your shipping and process times? Direct Connect processes a majority of the orders to the warehouse or manufacturer the same business day if the customer places their order before 1:00 PM PST on normal business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Any orders made during the weekend will be processed on the first business day of the coming week. Any products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will require additional processing period of three business days. If an item ordered by a customer is out of stock, they will be notified via email on how to proceed.
Some of the products I ordered are on backorder. Is there an additional charge? There is no additional charge. Your method of payment will be charged for in-stock items and for shipping. For a backordered item, we will only charge you once Direct Connect is able to fill the order. There will be no additional shipping charge included.
Am I able to check the status of my shipment? Yes, you are able to check the status of your shipment. For those who request express or priority shipments, they will receive an email with a personal tracking number for the shipped package. Those individuals who select standard mail will receive an email notification stating that the item is currently being shipped to its destination.
Can I cancel my order with Direct Connect after it has been submitted? In stock items are processed for shipping as soon as the order is placed and can therefore not be canceled. For purchases for out of stock items, an email is requested notifying Direct Connect of cancellation.
Why do I need to provide Direct Connect with my email address? Direct Connect uses an individual’s email to contact them in reference to confirmation of shipments, shipment updates, as well as other important notifications. Direct Connect does not believe in spam and will not send any unnecessary emails.
Why do I need to provide my telephone number? In situations where there is a problem with the status of delivery, Direct Connect will need to get in touch with the customer as soon as possible to remedy any situations.
