Direct Connect Store strive to offer you the most unique gift ideas anywhere.We provides you the following information on shipping products.

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Post Service (USPS).

At this time, we only ship items within the United States and APO/FPO addresses, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or United States territories.

Shipping and handling rates for our unique gift ideas are as follows: - for orders under $50, the S&H fee is $9.95 - for orders of $50 or more, S&H fee is $24.95

These rates apply for all standard shipping; therefore, you will never pay more than $25 through standard shipping on your order total! There are absolutely NO minimum requirements!

Our order process:

Direct Connect processes a majority of their orders to the warehouse or manufacturer the same day the order is made if it is placed before 1:00 PST. Orders that are placed after 1:00 PST will be processed the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If the product is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, an additional three business days are required for processing.

If any item on a customers order list is currently unavailable, Direct Connect will send an email notification on what can be done to remedy this situation.

Note about Instant Downloads:

All items under the category of x Downloadable x are available for immediate use upon purchase not shipping required. However, individuals will not be able to utilize it under after their payment clears processing. Once the payment has been cleared, customers will receive a link in their email for downloading. This link is only available to the customer up to 24 hours after payment is made. As well, the link can only be used once, meaning that individuals cannot send it to friends and family members for use as well.
